Minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting 12/6/2005
(directly after the general membership meeting)
Present at meeting: Rich Martinez, Bob Wolf, Liz Hoffman, Curtis Lafferty, Jim Thornton, and Holly Giles.
Absent: Thom Morgan.
1. A quorum of 4 officers being present, President Rich Martinez called the meeting to order at 7:36 pm.
2. Holly Giles was welcomed as the new Newsletter Editor.
3. The minutes of the 10/4/2005 Board meeting were reviewed and unanimously approved as written.
4. It was announced that Tom Pehl had resigned his post as chair of the Crime Committee. Board members were asked to consider candidates for a new Chair by the next Board meeting.
5. An agenda item was set for the next Board meeting to discuss the cost of newsletter advertisements.
6. The next Board meeting is scheduled for 1/3/2006 at 6:30 pm.
