Neighborhood Alert feedback Thats Important

Hi,  I received this today from a Officer with another agency with some good advice. Rich   Rich, Without using my name, I'd like to make a comment.  I am an Officer with another agency (not Vallejo) and I think this person did exactally the correct thing.  Even an Officer when off duty is trained to be careful about getting directly involved.  The best help we can all be is to be a good witness.  Five to one are not good odds for anyone especially without a radio of defensive weapons.  To get any more involved than this person did would have just added one more victim.  This person stopped the crime, rescued the victims, and gave the police the information they needed to apprehend those responsible.  That deserves a "well done" from me.
